TERMS OF USAGEMy terms of usage for personal use and commercial use:"Personal use" means it is considered personal if my art is used for your personal purposes that does not involve in commercial use. Commissions that cannot be sold, used for printing merchandise, generate any kind of sales, and any related money generating activity of the sort. Therefore, commercial rate does not apply here."Commercial use" means it is considered commercial if my art is used for any purposes that is marketed, promoted, or sold. Commissions that will be used to generate any kind of profit (directly/indirectly). Example: printing merchandise or promoting your sites (such as used in your store, platform, channel, streams or any kind of profitable activity). Therefore, commercial rate applies here.
TERMS OF SERVICEMy terms of service:✦ First come, first serve. Estimated turned in 1-3 weeks
✦ For payment method, I accept payment through Paypal and VGen (accept Paypal and credit cards payments). For payment outside VGen, I will send you a PayPal invoice for the payment method.
✦ Once your request is accepted by me and you have sent the payment, your commission will be added to my queue. As soon as I start to work on your commission, I will notify you for the update and progress.
✦ For revision, max 2 revisions in each stage (sketch, line art, base color, and color). Corrections or adjustments can be done at each stage.
✦ For size, I will give you the final drawing in PNG 300dpi A4 2480x3508 px (standard file size, if you wish for a different size, please do tell me) along with transparent BG, white BG, and a free simple BG.
✦ For delivery, It will be sent through Google Drive link or other preferred media such as email.Last, any art I create, I have the right to use, for example to add to my galleries/ portfolio or my art account with watermarked.
REFUND POLICYThe amount of money that can be returned depends on how far I have gone on the commission at the time of refund request. Please note, refunds will not return payment fee amounts back to you, so you may receive less than the original amount you sent (meaning: amount you sent - payment fees = amount I received; I calculate refunds from the final amount)✦ How it works:not started: 100% of the money
sketch: 60% of the amount + sketch is sent
line art: 30% of the amount + line art is sent
